What Loss Taught Me About Living More Deeply
I lost a close friend and business partner in an unexpected, tragic, and very public way. One moment she was here — laughing, making plans — and the next, she was gone.

Each of these offerings are here to support you in living a more intuitively aligned, joyful & present Life. If it feels aligned, I’m excited to work with you.
You can live with intention — and still trust life’s twists to guide you home.
Some moments in life don’t need advice.
They need space.
This offering is for people who want to tell the truth of their story — not the polished version, not the shortened version, but the real one — and understand what it’s asking of them now.
In our work together, you tell me your life story. We slow it down, unpack what’s shaped you, and look closely at the patterns, turning points, and moments that still carry weight. From there, we begin to rewrite — not by changing what happened, but by clarifying what it means and choosing how you want to move forward.
This is not about fixing the past or forcing a new narrative. It’s about understanding your story with more honesty, compassion, and perspective — and using that understanding to shape what comes next with intention.
You can choose a three- or six-session container, depending on how much space you want to give the work. Both options offer focused, thoughtful support and room to explore where you’re headed, not just where you’ve been.
This offering is well-suited for people at a turning point — after loss, change, or transition — or for anyone who feels ready to step into the next chapter with greater purpose and clarity.
Anxiety is not something to silence or push away. It is something to understand.
There is information in your anxiety. Anything that triggers you or unsettles you is pointing to something that wants to be understood, not avoided.
In this work, we approach anxiety with curiosity instead of resistance. Because underneath anxiety is often a part of you trying to protect you from something that may no longer be true.
When you slow down and get curious, something begins to shift. Anxiety loses its grip when it is no longer unquestioned.
Together, we look at the patterns that no longer serve you and gently challenge the beliefs beneath them. From there, we create space to install a new truth. One that is grounded in who you are now, not who you had to be before.
This is where you begin to reconnect with what is true.
You are not at the mercy of your anxiety. You can learn to understand it, question it, and move through it with more clarity and ease, and ultimately find a deeper sense of peace.
These one-on-one sessions offer focused, uninterrupted space to explore what’s shifting in your life and what you want to do with it.
Each 60-minute session is designed for moments of transition, when you are facing a decision, questioning a direction, or feeling the pull toward something new but are not yet sure how to name it. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what is coming up, and begin to identify what feels honest, grounded, and worth following.
This work is not about quick answers or fixing yourself. It is about creating enough space to listen to what you already know, understand what no longer fits, and clarify what you want to move toward next.
One-on-one sessions are well-suited for people navigating change, whether personal, professional, or internal, who want thoughtful support as they sort through what matters and how they want to live.
If you are ready for focused, private support, I would be glad to tell you more.
This offering grew from a community I helped create years ago, one built on the belief that we’re all better together. It’s a continuation of that spirit — a place to be honest in a world that so often values appearance over truth.
During each session, we slow down together. We share what’s real — not the highlight reel — and hold space for one another’s stories, struggles, and breakthroughs. Some come to listen, others to speak, but everyone leaves reminded that they’re not alone.
There’s no charge, no pressure, and no expectation — just an open invitation to connect, listen, and remember that healing happens when we come together with honesty and heart.
In this offering, we work together using both of my hats: as a Martha Beck–trained life coach and as a public relations and communications professional with more than twenty years of experience. The work blends internal clarity with external strategy, helping you develop your business and your life in tandem.
We focus on questions like:
This is not about branding for branding’s sake, or self-work in isolation. It’s about alignment, between who you are, how you live, and what you’re building in the world.
This work is well suited for founders, creatives, leaders, and professionals who know their outer success depends on inner clarity and who want support navigating both with honesty and intention.
If you’re curious whether this integrated work might be right for you, let’s begin with a conversation.
The DUFFY Method is a guided process to help you reconnect with who you are, release what no longer fits, and begin writing your next chapter with intention. Rooted in compassion, honesty, and real-life experience, it helps you navigate change with clarity and courage — so you can live in alignment with your truth and create a life that feels like your own.
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you’ve always been.
The DUFFY Method doesn’t change who you are. It brings you back to it.
You can live with intention — and still trust life’s twists to guide you home.

When my son once told me, “Your kinder and gentler divorce made me just the right amount of tough,” I knew I had done something right in the middle of one of the hardest seasons of my life.

After a decade of raising my kids full-time, my husband’s business went under when the recession hit, and suddenly, I had to go back to work. I was terrified.
